After "Kahaani" it's "Reunion" time for Sujoy Ghosh and Arindam Sil

ujoy Ghosh and Arindam Sil had collaborated for the former's super-successful film "Kahaani", where the latter was the executive producer. No doubt the whole shooting experience of 'Kahaani' was "tough" but had culminated in a sweet triumph for all.
The duo has teamed up again but this time, the tables have been turned. Now, Sujoy Ghosh is the producer of the film while Arindam Sil is all set to don the Director’s cap with the upcoming film – “Reunion”.
The script for the film was originally written in English by Sujoy Ghosh and Pratim D Gupta (of ‘Paanch Adhyay’ fame) and has been translated to Bengali by Arindam Sil, Padmanabha Dasgupta and Sujoy Ghosh.
With an extremely powerful cast of Roopa Ganguly, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Ritwick Chakrabarty, Swastika Mukherjee, Abir Chatterjee, Arpita Chatterjee, Indraneil Sengupta and Koneenica Banerjee the film promises to be a really good one.
When contacted, the director Arindam Sil said – “It is indeed happening. Viacom 18 is presenting the film. Sujoy and I had been in talks for quite a while before finally signing on the project and I am very happy to have him as the producer!”

This is the kind of push and the kind of Cinema that is missing from Bengal and I am quite lucky that we now have an opportunity to make genuinely good films, and are backed by good producers." added Arindam Sil.
Our Little Birdie also hears that a single character remains to be finalised and talks are on with Jisshu Sengupta and few others for the same.
